We offer a no quibble returns policy. We pride ourselves on the quality of parts we sell so if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase just let us know and we'll take it back. Please see additional terms below:

Our returns policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery
  • Special Order items ordered on specific customer instruction (e.g. custom colours)

We are always happy to help and will do our best to resolve any issue so please get in touch if you need to discuss anything about your purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at

To return your product, enclose details of the return and ship to: Chilimoto Speed Shop, Unit 4 Harley House Mill, Harley Street, Todmorden, OL14 5JE.

Unless goods have been shipped in error or received damaged, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. For large items such as body panels we can arrange collection using our couriers. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over £40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
